Psychotherapy

A one to one therapuetic relationship. We work together on the issues that you bring to therapy. Psychotherapy is weekly and can be long-term work or short term. We addresses your issue and self at a deep level for exploration and healing. I work with an integrative, humanistic approach, informed by my core training in Relational Transactional Analysis

Coaching

I offer a ‘whole-self’ coaching relationship incorporating the safety of therapeutic and embodied grounding. In coaching we can follow the trail backwards or from the bottom up to gain insight and understanding about who you are and why you behave the way you do. This can support you to peak performance, to achieve a business or personal target or goal and make behavioural and psychological changes as well as embodied transformation. If you choose outdoor coaching we will work in alliance with nature and the ‘more-than-human’ world.

Counselling

This is also a one to one therapeutic relationship. Counselling can be short or long term and can help with a variety of issues such as confidence, self-esteem, life transitions, relationship problems and bereavement. My counselling approach is very similar to psychotherapy, however may focus more on the present realities of life and conscious processes. It can help alleviate symptoms of anxiety and depression.
